Dear Readers,

Many of you will be disappointed to read about the continuing cutbacks facing consulates around the world, especially as more Swiss live abroad today than ever before.

We bid farewell to Swiss international footballer, Bruno Berner, who has retired from English league football, and for those who might have thought a church minister only works on Sundays, check out just how much is packed into a day.
